At this moment we have 2 shipping options:
- Free Shipping that is applicable for all orders. It will take up to 5 business days to process your order. The tracking code will be automatically sent to your email address.
- Free Shipping + Same Day Process (Avoid 3-5 Days Standard Order Processing Delay) that is applicable for all orders. If you choose this option, your order will be processed on the same day. The tracking code will be automatically sent to your email address.
- Express Shipping will be available soon in near future.
Our default option is FREE SHIPPING World Wide. Otherwise, you may select other options that best suit you. We ship from our warehouse in United States, China, India and Thailand everyday except on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday.
You will receive an email from us after your payment confirmation is successful. We will then process your order on business days (Monday – Friday). It usually takes around 3-5 business days.
We do have a Same Day Order Processing Service that eliminates the 3-5 business days waiting though (additional charge may apply).
We will send the Tracking Code to your email address on the next business day from the delivery date or after receiving the Tracking Code from the courier company (whichever is the fastest). It usually takes up to 5 business days from the date of order.
Delivery time from US warehouse usually takes up to 7 business days, while others will take around 15-20 business days.
We are not responsible for international taxes, import duties, or custom fees on any item. It is a common international standard that all those fees and costs are under customer’s responsibility.
In case that your shipping has been delayed, we will attempt to notify you via email address and make all possible attempts to update your shipping status.
